Rishi Mandavia – Chair EAFPS Juniors

Rishi is an ENT Registrar in London, currently completing a part-time PhD at UCL. He has an MSc in health policy (Imperial College London) and has worked as a NICE Scholar, contributing to UK ENT guidelines development. As a World Health Organization expert advisor, Royal College of Surgeons Associate Surgical Speciality Lead and consultant to the Lancet commission, Rishi contributes to international ENT, Head and Neck Surgery policy development. Rishi is passionate about Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine and is the Managing Director of a leading Aesthetic Clinic in London.

Diego Sanz - Training Lead

Diego is an ENT resident at Miguel Servet University Hospital, in Zaragoza, Spain. Enthusiastic for facial plastic surgery, he has participated in numerous international congresses, and has carried out eight fellowship programs in five different countries, predominantly focused on rhinoplasty. His taste for arts and creativity as a trainee has driven him to develop different methods of training and learning, currently designing facial plastic training models based on 3D print samples as well as other novel strategies.

Veysel Berber - Communication Lead

Veysel has been working as an ENT resident since 2017 in Ege University Otorhinolaryngology Department, Izmir, Turkey. As a senior ENT resident, Veysel has developed surgical experience across Otorhinolaryngology with a special interest in Facial Plastic Surgery. Veysel has participated in many national and international meetings during his training and helped co-organize the 14th Turkish National Facial Plastic Congress as well as the 1st Virtual meeting of the EAFPS.
