EAFPS Juniors is a section of EAFPS that aims to serve EAFPS junior members, assisting in their training needs and contributing to their development as world-class facial plastic surgeons. If you aren’t already a member we highly recommend joining. Here are some of the key benefits:

Rishi Mandavia – Chair EAFPS Juniors

Dr Rishi is an ENT Registrar in London and Managing Director of Drs Tatiana + Rishi Advanced Aesthetics.

Dr Rishi qualified from King’s College London School of Medicine, where he was awarded the European Student of the Year Award. He then secured the only NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship (ACF) in ENT Head and Neck Surgery in London, followed by a prestigious National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Scholarship where he contributed to national guidelines and simultaneously completed a Master’s degree in Health Policy at Imperial College London. Dr Rishi then completed a PhD in health economics and implementation science at UCL, funded by the NIHR and Royal College of Surgeons.

Dr Rishi has extensive experience in non-surgical aesthetics, having written numerous peer reviewed articles and presents his research internationally. He is a Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, lasers and other energy-based devices, contributing to research and product development. Dr Rishi regularly lectures at Imperial College London and UCL, where he supervises MSc students; and combining his interests in Aesthetics with teaching, co-founded the London Advanced Aesthetics Fellowship.

Veysel Berber - Communication Lead

Veysel has been working as an ENT resident since 2017 in Ege University Otorhinolaryngology Department, Izmir, Turkey. As a senior ENT resident, Veysel has developed surgical experience across Otorhinolaryngology with a special interest in Facial Plastic Surgery. Veysel has participated in many national and international meetings during his training and helped co-organize the 14th Turkish National Facial Plastic Congress as well as the 1st Virtual meeting of the EAFPS.
