Minimally invasive technigues benefit patient and surgeon alike. Less tissue dissection, measurable preservation of valuable tissues, enhanced recovery and a more begnign situation for possible revision procedures. Endonasal approaches, preservation concepts and soft techniques are important elements of minimally invasive rhinoplasty.
The present course combines the Regensburg tradition of endonasal innovations with minimally invasive techniques performed through the open approach.
Presentations will be case-based and evidence based. The program has been designed in collaboration with the Evidence Based Rhinoplasty Research Group (EBRRG) ans is under the auspices of EAFPS and RSE.
Topics of focus will include:
-Step by step instruction of endonasal approaches
-Presntation of Preservation concepts
-Sugery under local anaesthesia
-Strategies to enhance recovery
During a full day of anatomic dissections you will practice endionasal and minimally invasive rhinoplasty techinques under expert mentoring. Regensburg is one of Germany´s most wounderful medieval towns, relaxing yet vibrant. Travel is easy through Munich airport, and excellent hotels are affordable.
