Contemporary Advanced Rhinoplasty Course

Aim

This course provides advanced training in rhinoplasty, equipping participants with expertise in structural and preservation techniques using open and endonasal approaches while addressing complex revision cases.

Upon Completion, Participants Will Be Able To:

✔ Perform Advanced Rhinoplasty Techniques – Master structural and preservation techniques using open and endonasal approaches for both primary and revision cases.

✔ Optimize Nasal Function & Aesthetics – Confidently address nasal airway issues, including valve collapse, septal deviation, and turbinate hypertrophy, while achieving harmonious aesthetic results.

✔ Harvest & Utilize Grafts Effectively – Gain expertise in septal, conchal, temporalis fascia harvesting, applying them for dorsal augmentation, tip refinement, and structural reinforcement.

✔ Manage Complex Cases & Complications – Develop a structured approach to correcting deformities from previous surgeries, fillers, implants, and trauma-related cases.

✔ Adapt to Diverse Nasal Anatomies – Learn how to tailor rhinoplasty techniques for different ethnic nasal structures, achieving results that enhance individual facial proportions.

✔ Integrate Modern Surgical Innovations – Incorporate ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric surgery, and powered instruments for precision in osteotomies, nasal framework modifications, and bony refinements.

Target Participants

This course is designed for surgeons who already possess basic skills in rhinoplasty and septoplasty and wish to expand their expertise in advanced functional and aesthetic techniques. Ideal for consultants, fellows and senior registrars looking to refine their surgical approach, including those treating diverse patient populations.

Why Should You Attend?

🔹 You have a solid foundation in rhinoplasty and septoplasty but want to advance your expertise, mastering a structured, step-by-step approach to ensure precision, consistency, and optimal surgical outcomes.

🔹 You want to confidently manage complex and revision rhinoplasty cases, addressing both functional and aesthetic challenges, while developing the skills to correct complications from primary rhinoplasties.

🔹 You seek a hands-on cadaveric dissection experience, where cadaveric live demonstrations provide real-time guidance on essential techniques, enhancing your intraoperative decision-making and technical proficiency.

Course Highlights

🔹 Comprehensive Functional & Aesthetic Approach – Covering all aspects of rhinoplasty, from airway optimization to advanced tip and dorsum techniques.

🔹 Advanced Graft Harvesting Techniques – Master the use of septal, conchal, rib, and temporalis fascia grafts for structural support and dorsal augmentation.

🔹 Osteotomy & Powered Instruments – Learn percutaneous, endonasal, and ultrasonic osteotomy techniques, utilizing piezoelectric technology and micro drills for precision and minimal soft tissue trauma.

🔹 Diverse Nasal Anatomies – Gain insight into tailoring rhinoplasty techniques for different ethnic nasal structures, ensuring outcomes that align with individual facial proportions.

🔹 Complication Management & Revision Rhinoplasty – Learn systematic approaches for correcting issues from previous surgeries, silicone implants, fillers, and thread rhinoplasties.
