DESCRIPTION:Minimally invasive technigues benefit patient and surgeon alike. Less tissue dissection\, measurable preservation of valuable tissues\, enhanced recovery and a more begnign situation for possible revision procedures. Endonasal approaches\, preservation concepts and soft techniques are important elements of minimally invasive rhinoplasty. \nThe present course combines the Regensburg tradition of endonasal innovations with minimally invasive techniques performed through the open approach. \nPresentations will be case-based and evidence based.
