SUMMARY:Preservation Rhinoplasty
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]The meeting will take place from March 2026\, Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd\, at the Hotel Le Méridien\, 1 Promenade des Anglais\, Nice\, France. \n  \nThe aim of this 3-day meeting is to discuss the most recent advances introduced by the rhinoplasty masters. Moreover\, exclusive in this meeting: \n– 19 interactive 30 min Masterclasses including surgical edited videos by key opinion leaders to provide an in-depth understanding of the techniques performed and their indications.\n– Advanced management of nostrils’ shapes and size\, and alar base modifications that are always a tricky part of the surgery.\n– Thick skin management through Rhinodesis and transcutaneous sutures\n– “Rhinomyoplasty” will be introduced\, emphasizing the place of the nasal muscles management in rhinoplasty.\n– Nasal tip work regarding lower lateral cartilage preservation\, manipulation and/ or grafting\, as well as nasal SMAS manipulations\n– Experts panels about segmental nasal roof management vs foundation techniques\n– Revision surgeries: How and when suggest dorsum preservation procedures\n– Complications after dorsum preservation: how to avoid/how to manage \n  \nMoreover\, since 2024\, on March Thursday 19th\, a special “Masterclass for Beginners” by Yves Saban\, is preceding the main meeting. This Masterclass has been introduced\, through nasal applied anatomy and functional procedures\, to help the beginners in better and more effective understanding of PR concepts\, classification\, and procedures. So doing\, they will take better advantage of the main expert meeting that will be following this more “basic” masterclass. \n  \nLast but not least\, a nice exhibition providing a wide range of devices\, the friendly atmosphere\, and the location along the Promenade des Anglais on the Mediterranean seashore are part of the trade mark of Nice Preservation Rhinoplasty\, very much appreciated by the participants coming from over 52 countries since 2019. \n  \nOn behalf of the organizing committee\, I will be delighted to welcome you in Nice-PR-2026.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
