SUMMARY:Preservation Rhinoplasty Nice - The Masters 2025
DESCRIPTION:Preservation Rhinoplasty ‘The Masters’ 2025 will take place from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd March\, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice\, France.\n\nToday\, the world of rhinoplasty is in effervescence and full of excitement. \nMany significant innovations are now occurring in rhinoplasty\, such as new biomechanical anatomy concepts\, new instrumentation and new techniques. Preservation Rhinoplasty is a philosophy of remodeling the existing nasal anatomy\, using very few tissue resections and very few grafts\, thus leading to natural appearance of the nose\, which most of the patients are seeking for. Dorsum preservation and tip modifying sutures minimize the need for immediate mid-vault reconstruction and allow minor revisions rather than rib-grafts\, giving greater predictability with less risk. \nNowadays in primary rhinoplasty\, patient selection and surgical concepts look being critical in the evaluation of the benefit/risk ratio. \nThe aim of this 3-day meeting is to show the most recent advances introduced by the rhinoplasty world-class experts who are coming to this meeting to share their experience in structure and classic rhinoplasties as well as in preservation rhinoplasty\, with live surgeries and lectures.
