As Course Director, it is my pleasure to announce “MAD-Rhinoplasty 2021: Infinite Journey”, a superb event that will gather the world’s most renowned nasal surgeons in Madrid, Spain, between June 01st – 04th 2022.

Our first adventure, “MAD-Rhinoplasty 2018: the quest for excellence”, was a great success. More than 200 participants from all over the planet joined to share our passion in one of the most beautiful, difficult and rewarding aesthetic surgeries. We had the opportunity to share knowledge with lectures in every aspect of rhinoplasty, video presentations and 4 live surgeries. 72 participants were able to perform cadaver dissection using state of the art instruments, including piezoelectric devices in Thiel specimens and direct supervision of the faculty. Soon after the meeting concluded we knew it had to be the first of a great series of biannual courses, and the idea of MAD-Rhinoplasty 2020 was borned. In 2018 Dr. Eugene Tardy kindly joined us as President of Honor. This time Dr. Hossam Foda will continue his legacy. It is a pleasure and privilege for us to honor his contribution to aesthetic and reconstructive nasal surgery in the last decades. The faculty will again gather the most renowned nasal surgeons of the world. They will develop a well-structured scientific program to cover all aspects of patient’s care, since selection, documentation, surgical techniques and follow-up, for both primary and secondary cases.

The spectacular Hotel Puerta America will again welcome our guests. It’s modern and luxurious rooms and meeting halls will perfectly match the quality of the scientific program. Soon you will find the preliminary program and the faculty list in this website. Apart from talks, keynotes and video sessions,live surgery will be performed by the faculty. Official languages of the meeting are English and Spanish, and real time translation will be available. As an option you could complete this high-quality course with cadaver dissection. The specimens will be Thiel preserved (very similarto live tissue). We will have first class instruments and direct supervision by our faculty throughout the day. No matter if novice or well experience surgeon, this course will help all of you improve your results both aesthetic and functionally.

Rhinoplasty is an always evolving procedure, and we will show all the new concepts and techniques. Madrid is a vibrant city with a lovely weather in April, perfect for exploring its history, art museums, world class restaurants and endless nightlife.
